1. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
• Female or Male
• Min S1 from Reputable University, majoring in Business Marketing or Advertising, Communication.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Advertising Agencies or Property Marketing is a plus.
• Good English skill, both oral & written.
• Experience in marketing and Promotion field, sales & promotion report, third party joint promotion, product launching, event, is a plus.
• Hard worker, high attention to details, good personality and performance, initiative and innovative with high spirit for new challenge.
• Able to generate new clients, posses basic selling techniques, negotiation, & well presented.
• Be proficient in making business presentations and writing proposals.
• Strong knowledge of the industry with an interest in design and visual communications.
• Must be familiar (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Internet application).
• Having Own Vehicle.
• Able Work in weekend / national holiday.

2. SALES & MARKETING STAFF
• Female/Male, Having experience on the same field will be preferable.
• Dynamic, self motivated, willing to work in team, honest, good responsibility.
• Well groomed, well organize, pleasant & outgoing personality, result and service oriented.
• Innovative, excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours include in weekend/national holiday.
• Education Min D3.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.

3. SECRETARY & ADMIN SUPPORT
• Female, good looking, age between 20-30 years old.
• Other : Minimum D3/S1 (secretary, legal, marketing/PR or IT).
• Minimum 1 years experiences in secretary and administration for Property.
• Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good appearance, highly self motivated with a good working attitude.
• Able to Work in weekend / national holiday.
• Familiar with computer (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Internet application.
• Able to manage the office administration.

4. FINANCE & ACCOUNT
• Male/Female max 25 years old.
• Bachelor degree Majoring in Accounting with GPA min 2.8.
• Familiar with daily transaction in Property Project AND Financial Report.
• General Accounting and Taxation.
• Fluent with Computer literate (MS Office Word, Excel).
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Strong analytical skill, detail oriented and able to work independently with less supervision.

5. GENERAL MANAGER
• Male, maximum 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree Majoring in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 Years experience preferably in a similar position (GM-Operational).
• Making procedure management Department.
• Coordinating, directing, and monitoring all activities of the unit operation with the optimal and accurate.
• Develop strategies, policies and long term plan of division.
• Competence to lead the team.
• Good in written and spoken English and computer literacy is a must.

6. SITE ENGINEER
• Min S1 from Reputable University, majoring in Technical/Engineer.
• 3 years experiences in building 8th Floor and Above Construction.
• Ability to analyzing in counting/measuring building 8th Floor and Above Structure and Designing.
• Skill in Project Management.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop and MS Office.

7. DRAFTER ARCHITECT.
• Minimum SMK/STM Building Construction preference.
• 3 years experiences in building 8th Floor and Above Construction.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop and MS Office AND 3D.
