Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, postgraduate will be advantage
- At Least 5 year experience in Human Resources Management (Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, People Development and Organization Management)
- Excellent communication skill of both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability and desire to work autonomously serving as advisor (problem-solver attitude), independently manage responsibilities (goal setting skills), result & deadline oriented, negotiation, and influencing.
- Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Experience in Labour & regulatory frameworks, implementation of HR plans in diverse environments Project Management
- Good personality and interpersonal skill, healthy and fit
